Anu is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health sector where she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. She aims to facilitate a non-judgmental, safe space where you can work together to tap into your potential, expand your capacities to cope with life’s challenges, and focus on your goals for change.
She believes in cultivating respect for and acknowledging an individual’s lived experience, as this can maximize personal wellbeing and steer one’s life in a preferred direction. She is person-centered in her approach. She will work with you to explore possibilities that can make a difference for you, get you where you want to be in your relationship with yourself and in your relationship with others.

Anu has specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She practices from a trauma informed and attachment framework.
Education and Certifications
Anu’s early graduate training and work experience started in the United States. She obtained her Master of Science in Counselling from Brigham Young University. She completed her externship program in Family Therapy from the George Hull Centre Family Therapy Extern Training Program. Anu is also a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator, as well as an accredited provider of the “Triple P” Positive Parenting Program.
