Tatiana Ambursley

Registered Psychotherapist – Qualifying (MA, RP-Q)

Works With: Children and Families, Individuals (16+)

Tatiana is a black, female Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). She has had the privilege of working in multiple settings from correctional institutions, non-profit youth organizations, sports teams and more. She has focused on helping individuals and families navigate mood disorders, trauma, conflict, and life transitions.

She is passionate about supporting individuals in their healing journey as they unpack difficult experiences, recurring thoughts and feelings, and repetitive behaviours. Discovering one’s strengths and values helps us to discover treatment goals, while implementing tools to live a more peaceful life. Collaboration between therapist and client is key to the work that Tatiana does. If you are ready to put in the work, she believes that the two of you can make steps to wholeness through vulnerability, openness, and willingness for change.

Together, she plans to help you find healing while holding your thoughts, emotions and experiences with an open hand. Additionally, her work allows her to support the BIPOC community in a way that ancestors and elders were not given, aiding in the healing journey of current and future generations.
